About the Role
We're currently looking for an experienced Industrial Quilter to join our growing production team. If you're passionate about quality, enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, and have experience operating industrial quilting or sewing machinery, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial quilting machines safely and efficiently
- Produce quilted mattress panels to quality and production standards
- Complete quality checks and report any faults or defects
- Read and follow production orders and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Assist with general production duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience operating industrial quilting or sewing machinery
- Experience in mattress, furniture, upholstery, textile or automotive trim manufacturing (highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks
