We’re on the lookout for reliable, hard-working production workers to join our manufacturing team. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within our manufacturing facility. You’ll be involved in producing high-quality bedding products, working across several areas and learning multiple processes. Full training is provided, and you’ll be supported to become multi-skilled across the factory.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the team that builds high-quality mattresses and bedding products. Tasks include:
- Assembling mattresses and components
- Glueing, stapling, and fabric handling
- Operate machinery, hand tools, and production equipment
- Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch
- Moving materials and stock within the factory
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Rotate between tasks as required
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Report faults, hazards, or safety concerns
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, reliable team players who enjoy hands-on work, are safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. As well as:
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be trained across multiple processes
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Forklift Licence (LF) - nice to have (but not essential):
