The Opportunity
We are currently seeking multiple Production Operator's to join our mattress assembly team on day shift (6:00 am) at CAROL PARK. If you're a reliable, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to become part of a company that values quality, safety, and great people.
Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:
- Assemble mattresses using tools and machinery
- Handle materials including foam, springs, and fabric
- Follow instructions and safety protocols carefully
- Conduct quality checks during production
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets
- Keep your work area clean and safe
About you
The successful applicants will be hard-working team players and will be able to commit to the term of the Fixed Term contract. In addition to this, you will be:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a hands-on role is beneficial, but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
