The Opportunity
Join the team at Myer Northland / Eastland. You will be our Sales and Brand Ambassador of SleepMaker, providing your customers with the highest level of service and advice to find the best sleep possible. Your other responsibilities will also include:
- Understanding our customer’s needs and providing complete sleep solutions
- Achieve Sales Targets as set by the National Sales Team
- Provide training to the Myer Team on our bedding range
- Maintain our POS in-store to meet the required merchandising standards
- Provide an aftercare service second to none
- Weekend work is required with some flexibility available
About You
You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and motivated to exceed sales targets. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience with and enjoy selling high-ticket items will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of selling techniques with the ability to close
- Bedding product knowledge is advantageous but not essential as training is provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated
- Ability to influence and engage others in store to achieve your goals
- Experience with handheld technology such as iPads
- Experience using in-house POS systems and Microsoft Office products

This casual role offers 8 - 16 hours a week; weekend work is essential. We are ideally looking for someone willing to work across both locations. Days and Hours can change, and rosters are available up to 2 weeks in advance to help you plan your time.
