The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Factory Hand / FL Driver to join our SleepMaker team, reporting to the Production Manager. This important role is vital to our production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in every product we create.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Rotating duties such as basic machine operation, quality assurance, packing, and labeling
- Operating a forklift
- Performing manual handling tasks of up to 25 kg
- Conducting quality checks on all products and reporting any faults or concerns
- Following safety guidelines at all times and reporting any risks immediately
About you
Attitude is everything. We are looking for someone who wants to do their best every day and contribute positively to the team. Additionally, you should possess:
- A forklift license
- Good time management skills
- A willingness to learn with strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- A technically minded approach
- Any experience working with foams will be highly regarded

- Shift: 7:00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday 7am - 12pm Friday
- Hourly Rate: $26.39
- Monthly RDO
